My order showed up looking really good. The box wasn’t dented at all, and everything inside was packed in tight with no loose pieces or scratches. I was a little nervous since it was electronics, but it looked brand new right out of the box. I’m happy with it and I’d order again. That’s it

"Grateful They Had What I Needed"
I was looking for a specific amp and a few wiring parts, but just about every other site either had them backordered or completely out of stock. "Helpful staff and a smooth order"
I had a solid experience with Sonic Electronix. I wasn’t totally sure which speakers would actually fit my truck, so I called before placing the order... and the guy I spoke with really seemed to know his stuff. He explained what would work with my factory setup without making it overly complicated, and even pointed out a couple details I probably would’ve missed on my own. The order went smoothly, everything matched what he told me, and it was just nice dealing with someone who actually knew what they were talking about!

I picked up a set of speakers from Sonic Electronix, and overall I’m happy with them. For the price, they sound better than I expected — the bass is cleaner than my old speakers, and the highs are clear enough for everyday listening. To be fair, they weren’t perfect right out of the box, and I did have to play around with the settings a bit to get them sounding right. Still, I feel like they’re a solid buy as long as you’re not expecting top-tier performance

I ordered my speakers from Sonic Electronix and the whole install went smoother than I expected. The fit info was accurate, so I wasn’t sitting there second-guessing everything. I did reach out with a quick question beforehand and support basically said, “Yep, those should fit your setup fine,” which helped me feel better about it. Took me about an hour in the garage, and I’m really happy with how easy it all was

"Return Was Straightforward"
I ended up having to return a set of speakers because they didn’t fit my car, which might’ve been partly my fault for not double-checking everything better. The return process on sonicelectronix was clear enough, and they gave me the info I needed without a bunch of back and forth. The exchange did take a few extra days, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but support was decent and I eventually got the right speakers.

I’d say it’s worth it for the most part. I mean, I wasn’t blown away by every single thing, but, anyway, for what I needed, it did the job well. A few small things could be better, but overall I’m happy I got it.

"Worth it for a simple car upgrade"
I ordered a car stereo the shipping wasn’t too bad. As someone who likes doing little upgrades to my car myself, I was just glad it showed up in good shape and worked out for what I needed. I do wish the shipping cost was a bit cheaper, but overall it still felt worth it.

My amp ended up going bad, so I sent over the info and they took care of the warranty/refund without giving me a bunch of runaround... It did take a few days, but everything worked out fine!

“Because they don't have it in stock. They are notorious for posting products they aren't authorized dealers for and not keeping an accurate inventory of what they do have leading to them having out of stock items available for sale but they cannot fulfill the order because the company that makes the product doesn't sell to them.”
